You Can Not Wash Them with Water, You Can Vacuum or Rub the Spot with a Dupm cloth to Clean Them

The Rugs are sent in a Folded manner, and due to the folding manner packing the rug can be Bulging out slightly in the middle. but you can make a roll of the rug and lay it after one day. it will be flat properly or keep any heavy stuff for 1-2 days at the place from where it is not flat. it will be proper flat.
