As a result, the production process may take a little longer than mass-produced alternatives. We believe that the wait is worth it, as the end product exudes authenticity and uniqueness.
Size and Color Variations:

1. The thickness of the rug is 3-5 mm
We Accept Custom orders for Size, Color, and Design. And size can vary a little bit due to the handmade process.

2. Natural Raw Jute Material: Jute, a sustainable and earthy fibres, forms the foundation of our rugs. This natural material, imbued with its distinct characteristics, may vary in hue and tone from one batch to another. You Can Not Wash Them with Water, You Can Vacuum or Rub the Spot with a Damp cloth to clean them.

Packing:
The Rugs are sent in a folded manner, and due to the folding manner packing the rug can be bulging out slightly in the middle. But you can make a roll of the rug and lay it after one day. it will be flat properly or keep any heavy stuff for 1-2 days at the place from where it is not flat. it will be properly flat.

Return Policy:
We accept the return only in the case of damaged or wrong products only. If the buyer wants to exchange the product or size of the rug then the buyer will be the responsible to pay the return shipping charges and also the shipping charge for the new product.
