Size and Color Variations:

1. The thickness of the rug is 7-12 mm
We Accept Custom orders for Size, Color, and Design. And size can vary a little bit due to the handmade process.

2. Natural Raw Jute Material: Jute, a sustainable and earthy fibres, forms the foundation of our rugs. Care:
You Can Not Wash Them with Water, You Can Vacuum or Rub the Spot with a Damp cloth to clean them.

Packing:
The Rugs are sent in a folded manner, and due to the folding manner packing the rug can be bulging out slightly in the middle. But you can make a roll of the rug and lay it after one day. it will be flat properly or keep any heavy stuff for 1-2 days at the place from where it is not flat. it will be properly flat.

Return Policy:
We accept the return only in the case of damaged or wrong products only. If the buyer wants to exchange the product or size of the rug then the buyer will be the responsible to pay the return shipping charges and also the shipping charge for the new product.
NOTE: - A little bit difference of in color and size will be not a wrong or damaged product.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Shedding of loose fibers is normal with new wool rugs and a natural result of being handcrafted. Shedding will diminish with regular vacuuming, usually after 3-6 months.
• Vacuum regularly on a low-power setting to prevent debris from settling into roots of the fibers. Use a vacuum cleaner without a beater brush as it may cause damage to the pile.
• Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight.
• Do not pull loose ends. Clip them with scissors.
• Rotate rug occasionally to equalize wear.
• Remove spills immediately. If liquid, blot with clean, undyed cloth by pressing firmly around spill to absorb as much as possible.
• For hard-to-remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.

Packing:
The Rugs are sent in a folded manner, and due to the folding manner packing the rug can be bulging out slightly in the middle. But you can make a roll of the rug and lay it after one day. it will be flat properly or keep any heavy stuff for 1-2 days at the place from where it is not flat. it will be properly flat.

Return Policy:
We accept the return only in the case of damaged or wrong products only. If the buyer wants to exchange the product or size of the rug then the buyer will be the responsible to pay the return shipping charges and also the shipping charge for the new product.
